I just got back. Basically he ran a few more tests and is sending me to a specialist next week to figure out what to do. Until then I was told to take it easy and limit my activity. He wasn't sure why it got worse other than saying it's probably from a number of factors where the stress from the car accident could have worsened it, the increased pressure while scuba diving may have also made it worse (disclaimer: he doesn't dive so he's basically guessing here since I said typically where I dive the pressure is 3-4x greater than air pressure), and likely genetics since cardiovascular issues runs in my family. It is good though that I have low blood pressure he said too. So, the saga continues...
I'll keep everyone updated on it as much as I can. "Talking" about it makes me feel a little better since I basically got from the doctor "I'm not sure what is going on but it doesn't look good."
