    I woke up at 5:45 am and did the plyometrics Insanity DVD. I am sooo sore!!! I'm also going to capoeira class tonight.

    L: Shrimp couscous with mango avocado salsa

    D: TBD - I forgot to take the salmon out of the freezer and marinate it. #fail

    E: TBD - I'm mentally and physically exhausted, but FI might force me to go to the gym. I really just need a good night's sleep....and some water...we ran out at work.
