We have three layers:
White cake with buttercream
Marble cake with raspbery mousse
Chocolate cake with oreo filling

We are having a three tiered cake. The top lay is pumpkin with a carmel filling, the second layer is lemon with lemon filling and the bottom layer is marble cake with raspberry filling. Cream cheese frosting all around, we are as having vanilla and chocolate cupcakes.

2 tiers of vanilla cake with Nutella filling and 2 tiers of vanilla cake with chocolate raspberry mousse.  Buttercream exterior/icing.

My uncle is making our cake (he's a professional chef) and he's kinda going to go all out for it. 

We are having 3 tiers with 2 sheet cakes as well.  Half the cake will be chocolate and half will be vanilla.  One of the chocolate layers will have caramel ganache in the middle.  The rest will be a mix of chocolate ganache/some fancy cream with fruit.  The fruit we will be using are strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and oranges.
