I am very encouraged by your recent weight loss of 75 pounds. First off, congratulations, that is quite the accomplishment! I was wondering what things you did to achieve that weight loss? Any certain exercise routines that worked well, or changes in diet? I find that losing a significant amount of weight starts off well, but then I hit a plateau so I would really appreciate any input you have.
