    Weight last week: 122
    Weight this week: ? I will check it tomorrow morning.... I checked yesterday after I worked out and drank a ton of water and I was at 123, so I am thinking I am still around 122.
    Goal weight: 115

    E: 30DS Day 20 (leve 2) and sit up exhaustion test....squat and dip challenge if I am feeling crazy haha

    I wish I could do my weekly weigh in, but poor FI...
    This morning our towel rack fell off the wall while he was getting ready and it broke our scale. He felt so bad. Bless his heart, he did not need that this morning.

    yum! what kind are you having? I have always wanted to go to a sushi restuarant and have someone show me all the fun types of sushi.

    Aw, poor Fi! That is so random to fall right onto the scale :(

    I made that buffalo dip last week. It is sooo tasty! I think I will make it for the super bowl, too! Yum!

  • I know I post on here so irregularly, but it actually helps me.
    I started at 115

    I didn't weight myself for a few weeks because I really hadn't been trying, but I have been dieting.

    Right now I'm at 110.4 lbs

    I think the weight loss is from stress and cutting calories.

    Hey ladies, I've decided to join you on the accountability thread! I'm not trying to lose weight, but I'm trying to eat healthier and hopefully this will help me stay on track. I'm not big into exercising, so I'll just be posting what I ate to keep myself accountable. I'm also trying to drink more water, so I think I'll list how many cups of water I've drank each day as well.

    B: Greek yogurt
    S: Pretzels
    L: California Pizza Kitchen microwave margherita pizza
    D: Smoked sausage and mac & cheese (I eat like a 5 year old sometimes.)
    Glasses of water: 2 and a half (so bad and not enough, but like I said, I'm trying to drink more!)
