Hey June 2012 ladies,
So in my first post I forgot to introduce myself.
My Fi and I live in Wisconsin. He is a native of the state, I moved around as a child every few years but my family is originally from New York.
We are both students (probably the same as many of you) and we have a tight budget of $6,000 not including honeymoon or dress. (My dress will be a gift from my mom)
We plan to have the wedding in the same town we both go to college in, and if the weather cooperates, we plan to have wedding pictures in front of the Mississippi River. Our colors are Lavender, Pearl and Chocolate. I think that is all so far, if anyone wants to know more just ask.
As for the update, my Fi and I found a place for the reception, we will book it this weekend when the guy come back into town. But we are going to go with a Friday night reception and instead of saving $400 dollars, at the place we chose, we save $1,000 dollars!
