Memorial candles

I'm going to be ordering my memorial candle soon for our grandparents.

If you are having a memorial candle with more than just the names of your loved ones what are you having it say?

I think I may just go with something short and to the point "Always in our thoughts, forever in our hearts."

We bought a glass cylinder that fits a pilar candle so that after the initial candle burns we can replace it and light the candle on birthdays, anniversaries or whenever we are thinking of them. We had a saying etched into the glass which I can not remember word for word right now because we ordered almost a year ago. The saying is along the lines of "this light burns for those we've loved and lost, who remain alive forever in our hearts"

Ours says, "On our wedding day, we want to remember our beloved family members who have passed away.  Much of who we are today is a reflection of their love.  They are always in our thoughts and will be forever in our hearts."

I ordered mine off of Ebay and LOVE it!  It's one of a kind!

I keep changing my mind... but something simple like "In Memory of Those we wish were here today.." and then list all their names... it's a long list as FI has no grandparents left.
