So, I've had my STDs for a while (since the beginning of July) but just haven't gotten around to posting them. I designed them in PPT and printed them on postcards (for free!) through VP. I'm really happy with the way they turned out. I'm planning on sending them out end of October/beginning of Novemeber. Also, I will be throwing in a business card with our wedding website into the envelope I'm mailing them out in, because, silly me, I forgot to put it on the STD.
I finished an invitation mock-up this morning. Tomorrow, FMIL, mom, sister, and me will be putting them all together. I ordered the pocketfolds from paperandmore.com. All the rest of the paper came from a local paper wholesaler and I am absolutely in love with it. The picture really doesn't do it justice, because all the paper has a metallic luster to it that gives it a little something extra. The flowers on the invitation are embossed so they are raised but it's hard to tell that from the picture. These have definitely been a labor of love but I'm really happy with the way they turned out!
