Thursday Checks!

-We received the proof for our inviitations yesterday! I'm really excited to finally get them ordered!
-I also scheduled my first dress fitting for next Thursday, the 22nd. I tried my dress on last week and I was swimming in it. It will be interesting to see how she can fix it!

I'll be going tonight to see a sample centerpiece from the florist. The centerpieces are included in my package from my reception venue.

I will also be going over more details with the florist, just to be sure everything is correct.

This is like a weeks worth of checks since I haven't been posting much

-addressed & stuffed 80% of the invites (waiting on some addresses from FI of his coworkers)

-over the weekend - shopped with FMIL & FSIL for FMIL's dress.  she didn't buy anything but I think she's on the right track.  we also picked out the FG dress & sash

-Sunday - bought one shower dress at MAcys, ordered tthe other one from the Limited. Very excited about the one coming in the mail, hopefully it fits!

-Monday - my first dress fitting! 

-Monday - bought the FG sash at David's bridal

-Ordered FG dress online

-talked to my mom about veil & jewelry, she is buying both so I want her to help pick them out.

-trying to coordinate rehearsal time with venue.  its so frustrating, the coordinator took more than week to get back to me, now we have to have it in the afternoon instead of the evening. I don't know how much of an inconvience that will be with our WP

Last night I purchases items to go in bridal party bag for gift.

LOL... I tried to order my guest book album last night. I literally feel asleep while on the computer. I will try to order it today.

Well, we are getting ready to send out the invitations next week because I am tired of looking at them haha.
We also got some more things from our registry, vaccum cleaner, pyrex dishes, and trash bags...... Don't ask about the trash bags... I have NO IDEA how they got there. I think its an internal error because I didn't even register for them. All I know is that I am going to laugh hysterically if I get them at the shower which my FSIL is planning for the 14th of April.
FSIL and I are also trying to plan a day away from the family. We will probably go to Amish Country.
I ordered our Unity Cross which will be here within 3-7 weeks.
We are still working on the budget for a new diamond. I feel naked without my engagement ring on... It's killing me.

-looked at groomsmen tuxes

-got our moss letters in the mail

I ordered our accommodation and direction cards through catprint.com today. I am thinking about purchasing stamps too but I'm feeling lazy and the envelopes are at the calligrapher's so maybe i'll wait.

We are meeting with the printer today to see the final product of our invites....then it will be printing time and assembly for the next few weeks. So excited to get this checked off!

We also have our meeting with our pastor (my uncle) to start talking through some ceremony stuff.

Also got our passport stuff together and made an apt to file them Saturday morning. I'm kind of bummed because I really wanted to sleep in Saturday, but at least I'm waking up for an awesome reason!

Update!

-Got some thank you cards at target, 50 for $4.

-some earrings I was considering at Target were 50% off so I picked them up in case I want to wear them

- my mom went to a bridal shop that is going out of business.  She picked up a perfect veil for $20!  She skyped me to show me and she tried it on, haha.
