I never thought this would happen! One of my BM and I got into an argument and she dropped out on (already had her dress and alterations done). She had seemed like for the last 4 months, I was nothing but a burden to her! It wouldn't of mattered if I had asked her to be a BM a year out or 6 months out from the wedding.
Luckly my neice, shes 8, is running out with me and her mom (my sister, MOH) monday morning to find a little black summer dress for her! Its going to be so cute! I'm so glad my siblings are my bestfriends too!
