I didn't see a post for this week, so here it is!
How have you been doing? What has been working for you? Goals for this week? Updates! 
We got a new video. Jillians Metabolism workout. (Can never remember what it is called!) We were tired of the 30 Day Shred. This new one is a killer! I did it two days in a row and wanted to die! Needless to say, we took yesterday off.
We weighed in Monday. I am kinda where I was.... Not too happy about that. I cheated and weighed myself on Sunday, and It said I was down. Said I lost 6 pounds since I started. I was at 32% body fat and it said 29%. Then I was back up. Not sure what that was about... Darn it!

Goals:
~Keep working out amost everyday.
~Stick to the food side better. Kinda slacking off... :S
