I feel like I'm forgetting details to include...All I can think of are programs, guest book, and favors.  What am I not thinking of that isn't  the big stuff? (I already have my ceremony music, reception DJ, food, cake, photogs, and flowers figured out...everything except the officiant).

We are doing the "We Do" letters on the cake table with family pictures but other than that, we don't have many other small touches.

Emergency kit, escort cards, transportation, who takes care of gifts, thank you cards, chair covers/liens, bar arrangements, formal photo list, address labels/calligraphy, timeline list for vendors, vendors' phone numbers, wedding party gifts, a box for cards, marriage license, prenup, FG basket, ring bearer pillow, flower petals, activity bags for children, smaller centerpieces, toasting flutes, cake cutting stuff, something blue/borrowed/old/new, gift for your FI, keep track of gifts (who will?), clean up, music list (play/do not play), rememberance table, find make up artist/hair stylist, set up a trail.

Those are some small details I have on my to-do list. Hope it helps! I probably forgot some stuff too!

I think you're having a somewhat destination wedding, right? I don't know if you want to do welcome bags but that's the only other thing I can think of.
