Wednesday Accountability

B: Omlette with mushrooms, spinach and turkey
S: Chobani
L: Stir fry and quinoa
S: carrots and hummus
D: Mexican food with my mom before my hair trial...probably not going to be the healthiest food :)

E: Boot camp this morning, rest day for Insanity...maybe some yoga before bed

    E: Insanity: Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs..... this is the hardest workout for me but my favorite... I love that it kicks your butt but its a little shorter than the rest. :)

    I haven't gotten to the cardio/cardio abs combo yet...but the pure cardio is so intense. Fi and I always just lay there for about 5 minutes after the work out is done. Real butt-kicker!

    That is what I do! One night, FI had to actually carry me upstairs because I couldnt get up! That was with the pure cardio in the 2nd half of the program though.... its like 10-15 mins longer.

    And it really doesn't help when Shaun T's all like, "Man, I'm really nervous for this workout."

    I thought that was SOOOO strange when I did hte workout the first time and he said that... I was like what the heck is this workout going to be!!

    I did the fit test and max interval circuit last night and almost died.  That's a full hour and a half of working your butt off (literally!!)
