Hey ladies. I have 2 different questions that I need your opinions on.
First, for my invitations, I am using both mine and FI full name (first, middle, last) on the invitations. My full name is Cassandra but I never EVER use it. I am even going to ask our officiant to not marry me with Cassandra if that's allowed. My question is, would it be ok to use Cassie on my invitation or is that just a big no-no?
Second, I want to either make/buy jewlery for my BM as part of their gift. But I don't know when to give/tell them about it. If I don't give it to them (or at least tell them I'm getting it) before a few days before the wedding, they might go out and buy jewelry to wear. I don't want them to spend the money on something for the wedding when I am planning on giving them something to wear. Should I give it to them way early? Just let them know not to buy something because I will give them jewelry? Something else?
