Monday Accountability

Workout: just came in from boot camp. I've officially started a 30 day challenge which includes 2 a day workouts. Pray for me.

Wedding: trying to figure out this DIY hot chocolate bar and put the music situation to rest

  • @M1ssJ - Good luck to you on the two workouts.  Boot camp is not for the tame.  LOL!

    My workouts continue.  However, I have hit a plateau in weight loss.  To break the plateau I have upped my Zumba workout by adding leg weights and have double up on the intensity.  Toning continues after my Zumba class.  The instructor is ex-military so you can imagine what we are doing.  Can you say "bear crawls"?  Ugh! 


    WR:  Looking at STDs again but still not sure whether I need to send them out or not. 



    Love is the ultimate superpower.   
    It can make you weak and strong simultaneously.  



  • I got on the high gear and was getting it in at the gym and the park. Lost about 7 lbs and now ive lost it. But this week im going to hit hard ! WR...bought the supplies for the pomanders balls, order the wood dowels for my ribbon wands, and got the rest of supplies to make them. started working on my table numbers. This month will be to send STD's and take epics !

    Workout: I started going to the gym for spinning, bootmap, and strength. I start running/walking after work around the neighborhood. I have also started on my clean diet, but it did not last the weekend :( I have to do better.

    Wedding: Asked the last GM to be in the wedding (accepted), taken our e-photos, went to 2 bridal shows, collected 80% of the guest addresses (including FI's list), booked/deposit on venue, send my BMs information on ordering their dresses and requested they start ordering, and Thank you Jesus---booked and met with officiate!

  • Workout: Did a 30 minute cardio this morning plus worked on abs. Going to start drinking more water and cutting out sodas and tea.

    Wedding: This weekend FI picked out his wedding band, we took e-pics, and decided on centerpieces.

  • Workout: Officially getting back into working out. Went to the gym this morning and shooting for another one this afternoon

  • Working: Officially started working out and dieting again...I gotta get this baby weight off. I had lost it all but then sitting around this summer doing nothing and eating all my mama's southern cooking ummmmyeah lets just say not good
    Wedding: Starting to call around to set appts to look at venues
