Hey ladies. Please take a look at my timeline. I'm not sure if it is detailed enough. My plan is give this to my DOC. I'm thinking about making smaller versions for each role in the wedding...like a schedule for groomsmen only, etc.

Rehearsal Day Agenda
3:00 pm
Bride will check into hotel. Important items to bring:
Gown, shoes, jewelry, makeup, clutch, vendor payments, marriage license, rings, toiletries
4:30 pm
Wedding party and parents will arrive at The Thoroughbred Center
o Bridal Party will assist with placing tablecloths on tables
o Bride will leave cake topper, table number/reserved place cards, scrapbook for gift table, water, bubbles, broom, dinnerware, and snacks for wedding day
o Shauna bring aisle runner, fan
o Bride will leave diagram of table layout for Brittany (DOC)
o Bride will provide Wedding party will be provided a list of duties
o Bride will get Kroger card from Shauna
5:00 pm
Wedding Rehearsal with Reverend Jeff, wedding party, and soloist Teresa
- Erin (DJ) will look at layout
7:00 pm
Rehearsal Dinner (Golden Corral)
- Bride and Groom present gifts to wedding party

The Thoroughbred Center opens
Bride or Brigitte will pay for and pick up flowers at Kroger in Versailles
- Need Kroger Card, Money, Labels for flowers
- Drop off flowers at the Thoroughbred center, throw-a-way bouquet needs to be left in the Lounge
10:00 am – 12:00 pm - Brittany and Anita arrive at the Thoroughbred and decorate
11:30 am
Burke’s Bakery will deliver cakes and setup wedding cake. Items to be delivered:
- Wedding Cake: 3 tier buttercream cake and undecorated sheet cake (placed away from wedding cake)
1:00 pm
Joanna will arrive at hotel to take pictures.
Shauna will do bride’s makeup at hotel
1:45 pm
Bride and Bridesmaids (mothers are welcome) will go to Thoroughbred Center (Conference
room). Items needed to pack:
Emergency kit, Touch up makeup and toiletries, marriage license, and rings
**PLEASE LEAVE VALUABLE POSSESSIONS AT HOME BECAUSE THE CONFERENCE ROOM CAN’T BE LOCKED
2:00 pm
Bride will dress
Groom will arrive at The Thoroughbred center and get dressed
2:30 pm
Bridesmaids will dress
Bride/Groom candid shots/formal shots
3:15 pm
Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, parents, immediate family pictures – Groomsmen should arrive
dressed!
Brittany or Brigitte distribute wedding party flowers
3:30 pm
Vendors start to arrive and set up:
Tony (caterer), Erin (DJ), Jeff (Officiant), Teresa (soloist), Vien (2nd photographer)
- Brigitte will pay vendors and give marriage license to Jeff
3:45 pm
Hostesses, flower girl, and ring bearer arrive for pictures
Brittany or Brigitte distribute wedding party flowers
5:00 pm
Joanna and Vien will take pictures of cake, setup, etc.
Make sure people have rings
Erin will play soft music for prelude
Guests arrive
Hostesses stand at appropriate places (door, gift table)
Groomsmen (Bob and Maurice) in place to escort women guest to tables
5:20 pm –
Bridal party lines up for processional (in hallway)
Maid of Honor carries
5:30 pm
Ceremony begins
Reverend enters, Groom and Best Man escorts mother to seat and walks to front
Processional begins
6:00 pm
Bride and Groom sign marriage license
Finish family pictures (aunts and uncles, grandparents, other extended family)
Bride touch up and bustle dress
6:30 pm
Bridal party grand entrance (soft/jazz music for bridal party)
Bride and Groom first dance (“If This World Were Mine” by Luther Vandross)
6:40 pm (reception begins)
Annessa blesses the food
Buffet lines begins (1 table at a time)
During Dinner (1 hour, 30 mins):
Bride and Groom visit tables
Toasts: Maid of Honor (Rachel), Bridesmaid (LeShauna)
8:00 pm:
Cut the cake (soft music)
Caterer will cut wedding cake and sheet cake
9:15 pm:
Bouquet Toss (“Single Ladies” by Beyonce)
Garter Removal/Toss (“Single Life” by Cameo)
Sorority Songs
11:00 pm (Reception ends):
** The cake columns and plates must be returned to bakery. Please send with Rachel (maid of honor).
** The tablecloths on the gift table, cake table, and dj table are the Brides. Please send with Rachel.
**All other tablecloths must be returned to dry cleaners. Send with Rachel.
Clean up: Rachel, LeShauna, Annessa, Brigitte, other family members
Gifts: bride’s parents
Décor: bride’s parents, if not enough room with parents, check with LeShauna
