Ok I have run in a little dilemma and I not sure what to do. We have added about 19 guests to our list. I wanted to wait until my RSVP date July 2 and decide if we needed more tables. The person in charge of doing my centerpieces said if I need to add the tables I need to order the supplies now. My gut reaction is better safe than sorry but I also don't want to waste money on centerpieces. My fi Doesn't want to pay the money for the additional centerpieces but I think I would be upset if 3 tables are bare at our reception. I don't know. What would you do?

I am not sure what the "supplies" are but are they returnable?

I think I am going to run into a similar issue with 2 tables. What I will most likely do is use 2 of the BM bouquet as the centerpiece for those tables in a vase.

I was a little confused when she said she had to order stuff. She is my baker but she also does wedding planning etc. I'm renting the table runners, vases and silk flowers from her. The rental fee can't be returned. But your post gave me an idea! Her payment due date is July 7. I can pay the deposit now and wait until July 2 and see if I need the extra tables. Then I would only forfeiting some of the money. Ugh I hate wasting money.
