Hey girl, thanks for asking!!! (and funny that you should ask today!)

We are about to put offer #3 on this darn house. I am at my wit's end on the whole thing, to be honest. Fiance and I are exhausted and just finally want to know one way or the other!!

The seller is a FSBO (for sale by owner) with no listing/selling agent. He is doing it all on his own. He is somewhat educated about real estate, pricing, etc., but NOT in the whole negotiating and contract creating process. So far, he has let both of our offers expire without giving us a written, formal response to them. SO ANNOYING.

Oh, and he still has a crush on my fiance, and every time I see him, he says that he wants to do my hair for my wedding (he owns a hair salon). so awkward.

apparently another couple made an offer identical to ours, but their realtor was rude and sloppy and left parts of the offer blank. Seller came back to our realtor yesterday saying he wants to work with us but that we would need to go a few thousand higher. We are going to try that and will tell the seller THIS IS IT, THIS IS OUR HIGHEST AND BEST, RESPOND WITHIN 2 DAYS OR WE ARE WALKING AWAY.

I have been breaking out and freaking out and I cannot wait for the whole thing to be over with!!!!!!!!!
