For me 1. 3x (not including today) 45-min cardio crossramp elliptical sessions2. No i am starting my food journal next week, i have been eating pretty good needs improvement3.Yes I only drink water 4. Yesterday I had the opportunity and craving for my fav pizza place and i didnt go i went next door to publix and got fruit and a yogurt instead and i have only eaten out 1x per day instead of 3x!
