HUMP DAY

ok ladies.. I know this is our trial week but what's your mid-week stats? 1. how many times have you worked out thus far? 2. are you keeping a food journal if so how have you been eating??? 3. are you drinking water and if so how much daily???4. name one achievement you have made this week to improve your health or stay on track ? For me 1. 3x (not including today) 45-min cardio crossramp elliptical  sessions2. No i am starting my food journal next week, i have been eating pretty good needs improvement3.Yes I only drink water 4. Yesterday I had the opportunity and craving for my fav pizza place and i didnt go  i went next door to publix and got fruit and a yogurt instead and i have only eaten out 1x per day instead of 3x!

    1. none 2. no 3. yes - at least 80 oz (flavored w/ crystal light) 4. i haven't over indulged in anything. I promise next week will be different - i actually plan to hit the gym tomorrow.

    1 - none (I know, bad girl!!) 2 - nope, will start next week 3 - YES!! about 32 oz daily 4 - I made a red velvet cake for a co-worker's bday Monday night; I did not eat any of the batter or icing (that's saying ALOT); come Tuesday I got a very very small piece of cake but only ate HALF of it -- again that's saying ALOT!!!  My goal was not to pig out on this cake I made and I did not pig out at all - YAY!! (((y'all know what, I'm gonna put the above info in my journal just as an FYI thing even though I hadn't done anything major, it's still a motivation to myself because I stayed away from CAKE -- my favorite item of all!)))
