Delegating Duties

I was looking at my wedding calendar guide and it says that I should delegate some duties to them (there are 2). What day of duties do you plan to delegate? The only ones that I came up with are - pay the Pastor (I will give them the money)- Pay the DJ- ensure all the gifts are taken to the hotel.Got any more?

We need someone to take the gifts home and collect our items from the wedding after or the next day.  Things like candles, we have a signature mat with our pic for guests to sign, toasting flutes, and cake cutter.  That's all I can really think of at the moment.  Maybe a bit of decor.

My coordinators will be doing most of the work, but I will have my cousin deliver FI gift to him. That's all I can think of so far, evverything is pretty much taken care of by coordinators.Do you have someone to make sure bridal party is on time....that is very important.

i put some reliable family members in charge of only 1 or 2 tasks max.  1 paid the band, 1 controlled mp3 music, 2 little ones lighted the votive candles on the tables, and 1 gave bouttenierres to everyone, and 1 made sure they did some minor decor transformations when transitioning from the ceremony to reception (it was at the same site). i gave them 1 or 2 tasks b/c i didn't want anyone to forget anything (but i'm paranoid). lol
