I know alot of us are trying to get FLY, FINE and FABULOUS for our special days and many of us will be participating in the AAW Biggest Loser Challenge that aquarius125 put together...so here's my helpful tip for the day to get you thru (cuz I need all the help and then some):If you're thinking about having a 2nd helping of food, drink a full glass of water and WAIT for 20 minutes, if you are still craving that additional serving after the time has past only get a tablespoon of whatever it is you're wanting...you will see that you really didn't want it as you are already satisfied!BE ENCOURAGED, BE STRONG, STAY FOCUSED!!!
