**AAW Knottie Dieting Tip**

I know alot of us are trying to get FLY, FINE and FABULOUS for our special days and many of us will be participating in the AAW Biggest Loser Challenge that aquarius125 put together...so here's my helpful tip for the day to get you thru (cuz I need all the help and then some):If you're thinking about having a 2nd helping of food, drink a full glass of water and WAIT for 20 minutes, if you are still craving that additional serving after the time has past only get a tablespoon of whatever it is you're wanting...you will see that you really didn't want it as you are already satisfied!BE ENCOURAGED, BE STRONG, STAY FOCUSED!!!

    Latly I am always hungry and thirty. I feel like I have gain so much weight???? I want to go to the gym but when I get off of work. I just want to sleep. I need motivation!

    shaunta - are you able to work out @ lunch instead of waiting until the evening??...working out at lunch works better for me because it gives me a break in the day and it also helps me achieve my daily work out goal because I wouldn't procrastinate (which I will do in a NY minute...LOL!) if I got home and got busy with other stuff to do...if you cannot work out during lunch, make it a priority to come straight home and do your work out before anything else.here's a tip that has totally motivated me as well:  pull something from your closet that is at least 2 sizes smaller than what you wear now that you LOVED to wear when you were smaller; try it on EVERYDAY -- seeing yourself not be able to get that bad boy on or look HAWT in it will motivate you to meet your daily workout goal!IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT!!

    Thank you ma'am. Funny thing my co worker ask me to workout with her today. At first I was like blah but then she reminded me I want to fit in that dress so workout it is.
