I don't see an issue with it...it'll save stamps :-)

I don't see the problem with it either.  I'm definately going to.  But proper wedding etiquette probably says you shouldn't, but to hell with that.  I'm a rebel anyways.  I'm trying to save money anyway that I can.

Eh...is it a formal wedding? If the number of invites is less than 10 go ahead and mail them, personal mail is such a rare commodity these days and everyone enjoys the surprise of a beautifully addressed invitation in the mail.

Are you inviting all of your co-workers? If not, I'd mail them instead. I'd hate for co-worker "A" to see the invite on co-worker "B's" desk and wonder if they'll get one too! If you are going to invite all of them (I'm not sure how big your team is) I'd make sure to hand them to them as opposed to leaving them in their mailbox or on their desk. HTH

Oh!  That's a good point you raised derekandtiffany.  I didn't consider that some co-workers may get upset if they don't get an invite.  That's something to consider clross01, unless you have cool co-workers like brobin01 where you could just say, don't open around everyone.

yeah, well I could care less about co-workers that are upset about not getting an invote..I work with 200 people and I am only close with 15.. so how dare some people think they should get an invite to your wedding..a wedding is intimate and people should respect that.

@tamtam7,When I did my STDs  I mailed them... I am sociable person but I don't do a lot of socializing at work... I was thinking about giving a few more of co-workers an invite.. The reasons I was thinking about it handing them out instead of mailing 1) it would save on stamps of course, and 2) If I ask them to keep it on the hush they will..Informal
