    We are going to book Fresh Affairs. blkswnn is using them too.  Lyn Graves is one of the best in the business. I blogged about them a few times. Check out their website freshaffairs.com. He will work within your budget parameters. Book a consult and you'll see instantly what I am talking about. He approaches floral design like an artist would.
