    Does chasing my puppy count? Then it's been every day!Nah, but seriously, I worked out once. I took a walk around the neighborhood. I'm seriously slacking and I don't need to. 3 months is coming up rapidly soon...

    Sorry I'm so late to the post. So far, so good this week. I've worked out 3X (an hour each). My trainer may look like a sweet little guy but he's an evil, evil man.

    WOW! Once when I was running because the ice cream truck was leaving! LOL. I'm kidding. The last time I exercised was yesterday morning at the gym. Darn I been so busy lately.

    Aquarius, I haven't worked out a lick! I need to because for the last week or so when I get off work at night I have a small portion of Butter pecan ice cream before I go to bed. That ain't good.
