    *Index finger in the air* butting in: Chica, you are SMOKIN' HAWT!!!! Not that you were not fabulous before the weight loss, but hot diggy darn. That hubby of yours must be losing his mind!!!!

    ok so I go to lunch (i.e. - workout) and come back to get air pumped into my head by all of these compliments!!...thank you, thank you all ladies for the compliments; y'all just don't know how that makes me feel (((steppin' up to the mic, pulling out laundry list of a thank you speak...LOL!))) first off, I cannot give thanks without giving props to LADYSUN, CAT, RHODESIGN, HISWIFE and AQUARIUS125...they were really my inspiration to fight the good fight!second, y'all I literally broke down when I looked back at some recent pictures of myself and thought "Man when did I put this ish on?! And why didn't anyone tell me I looked like a stuffed sausage on a stick?!"  LOL!!third, I bought Julianne Michael's book "MAKING THE CUT" and that's what I use daily when I workout with a group of co-workers....now when I got the book I was like 'this is gonna be a piece of cake!!"...but honnnnnney-chile that bish is C-R-A-Z-Y!!...she focus on core and strengthen as well as cardio...so for 50 mins we do C & S and then 15 mins after that we do straight hard cardio the full 15 mins!!...so I've toned and lost weight at the same time.forth, I took out all the SODA (I was a 2 liter a day Pepsi freak - I  kid you not!!), salt, sweets and bread in my diet...do y'all understand what I'm saying?!...all of it!!!...only drink water and juice every now and then just cuz I want something else but for the most part, water is my main intake and when I want to snack I have any and all things made by SKINNY COW (cuz I loves my ice cream) and those 100 calorie cookies and all the fruits and nuts I can eat!!...most of my lunches are turkey breast w/mustard on honey wheat bread + a salad w/a vinegarette (sp)...and I drink green tea (no honey, no sweeters) to flush my system whenever I feel "off"...LOL!so there it is in a nutshell...nothing fancy, nothing technical - just alot of work trying to do better to be FABULOUS, FLY and FINE in 2010!!
