**AAW Biggest Loser Challenge**

Weekly reminder...time to update the site with your stats...if you haven't joined in before, you can definitely start today!So who's really in?  Remember we are going to run this until end of Dec 2009!! Sign-up @ http://aawbiggestloser.weebly.com/AAWBLC Tip:1) While exercising ALWAYS hold your abs in2) breath in through your NOSE and out through your MOUTH3) do jump-n-jacks for a full 60 seconds (it increases your heart rate and works your core as well)4) do the 'mountain climber' exercise for a full 30 seconds (tones your lower back and your calves)5) after your work-out session always drink about 16 oz. of room temp waterIf you have any tips to motivate all those trying to achieve the best "me", then please post that info...TIA!Here's to looking FABULOUS, FLY & FINE in 2010!!We can do this ladies!  :)

    I just added my stats as well.  I'm going to take Ladysun's idea and do the bran cereal/special k meal plan for the next weeks.  One of my biggest problems is getting bored with meal plans.  I kind of have to change plans every week or every two weeks so that I do not get bored with a meal plan. Another really fun exercise tip for you ladies:get a jump rope and go for it. start with 5 minutes straight then 10 then 15.  This will give you a great cardio workout.Another really good ab workout is: Hula Hoopin! Just like when we were kids. Have fun ladies!
