Yeah, well, that pretty much says it all. I hate the idea of having a DOC and want to make sure it's all done myself, but I can't clone myself, so I've come to accept that I need a DOC. And I need one that is hyperorganized and obsessive and will ensure that every possible thing is done right, down to the most minute detail you can think of.

I'm using Katy Leiser of Unveiled Events and LOVE her. She's a bit pricier than some others that might be mentioned, but she is more than a DOC, goes above and beyond and she's been worth every penny. I went to my venue walk through today armed with the day-of schedule she'd prepared and my venue coordinator was so impressed.

Sounds like Laura Gram would be perfect for you. Super meticulous. On top of things/responsive. And that was the my impression of her just by the emails we exchanged back and forth.
