silly question...do u count u picture person video person dj and DOC as part of ur guest list for food drinks etc i dont know my wedding is small 50 people

It depends on the catering... My reception venue who is providing my catering will not count them.

No check their contracts to see what is required. Then check with your catering company cause you want to give them the number for vendor meals separate cause sometimes they charge you less for vendor meals

Yes......especially if they'll be there during the reception. But as pp said, notify your caterer that they are vendors. My vendors were half off the normal price.

I have a 9 person band performing and they said we need to feed them. LOL!

So yes I will include my vendors but I'm havings two buffets so it won't be a big deal. Hopefully they won't drink because that is very unprofessional.

I don't mind feeding my photographer, DJ and videographer, but they are going to have to eat in the kitchen or outside because there is not space in the venue to seat them. We have a very intimate venue that has a capacity of 80 (no dancefloor) and we are trying to keep the guest count at 60 so we have space to dance.
