writing their new last name? I don't have the best handwriting so I feel like it took me forever to get my signature to look decent. I've been practicing writing my new last name for a few months now. I'm hyphenating my name because my dad gave me a very unique first name that would sound kinda odd with FI's last name alone. So when you look at my signature everything is nice and neat until you get to my new last name.

I guess practice makes perfect! I've had chicken scratch all this time so its no big deal!!

I decided not to change my signature because I don't even write my whole name when I sign anyways. When I'm bored I like to just write my new name like a little middle school girl with a crush.

I have been writing my new last name since I learned how to write. Me and honey have the same last name. Boring no name change for me.

I told FI that I'm hyphenating my name {and he doesn't agree, but hell, it's MY name!}! I think  after my name, when I sign, I'll just add a hyphen and a G. I can't write his last name in cursive! lol. I'm one of those ppl that stopped writing in cursive as soon as the teachers stopped making us.

I've definitely been practicing. I am hyphenating too. The name stays home lol! Iv'e always had nice handwriting (luckily) so i'm loving how my name will look signed:-)

I haven't been, but y'all make me want to. I have a very distinctive handwriting (pretty neat though) so I can just about predict how it will look.

Ugggh I never even thought about this. I don't even want to change my name but FI is insists on it. I might end up hyphenating, but I never thought about what my new sig might look like...

I didn't but now I wish that I had.  I'm really strugging over here with writing it.  I didn't realize that it would be that big of a deal until the first time I starting writing it.  It was definately weird.
