BlackUp Paris Cosmetics Giveaway: My Review

First, let me preface this by saying I am not a big makeup person. LOL!  My daily makeup usually consists of mascara and lip gloss.  On the rare occasion I may use foundation and lipstick but this line is tempting me to reconsider using makeup more!

I received Primer, two eyeshadow colors (a teal and a green), and five kohl pencils (black, teal, green, purple, and silver).  As an added bonus, Annie threw in Dolce & Gabbana's "The One".   The total value of my "giveaway" I estimate at $215.





Here is my review of the BlackUp Paris products I received:

Pros: 

Very rich colors
Easily applies to skin
Easy to use
Primer is AWESOME!! 
Easy to remove using any makeup remover

Cons:

Nothing!  LOL!
(Well maybe the price for some but I think the prices are on par with MAC.)

I love the richness of the kohl pencils and the eyeshadow colors.  They are really robust and if you like to play with colors, this makeup line is for you. 

That Primer is amazing under your mascara.  It made my eyelashes look fabulous.  I have long eyelashes naturally and love mascara as it highlights what I consider to be one of my best features, my eyes.  The Primer, however, made my lashes look unbelievably amazingly long and full.  I thought I had on fake eyelashes.  Just totally unreal.

I will definitely be trying their foundation and lipstick colors.  I can imagine they are well worth the money.

Now didn't I say I am not a big makeup person? LOL!  And I should mention I stronlgy dislike taking pics. Lastly, the only part of eye makeup I am comfortable putting on is mascara.   But here you go:

Looks nice!!  Where can you purchase it at?  I love MAC though and I like you only do eyeliner, mascara and lip gloss.

@wallacje -I am not 100% sure but I I think you can only purchase the products online in US for now.

Your lashes look great and your skin is beautiful. My lashes are so short. I think I may give the primer a try. Don't know if I'm brave enough to try the eyeshadow colors yet though.
