How Are You Using Your Monogram?

Hello ladies!  kimandwillie's post about the monogram that she won got me to thinking a bit more about my monogram and where to use it.  I was thinking about using my monogram on my wedding programs, menu cards (if we decide to even do them), and table names (possibly).  I'm not really sure what else.  Oh!  I've made stickers to put on our favors and on the envelopes for our invitations and save the dates.  Are any of you incorporating your monograms in a more creative way?

Well when I finally make our monogram (or sweet talk someone else into doing it for me) I think I will put it on the front of our wedding invitations. I made our pocketfolds and am also doing the inserts so I think it would be different to have the monogram embossed on the front where you open it and have it sealed with a double heart seal..

I was thinking about using a different monogram for my aisle runner, but decided to use the one I have for it. I am also doing pocketfolds so it would be on the belly band. And of course on the programs.

We're using our monogram on our Thank You notes and also on our pocketfold invites.

On the invites they will be sort of a seal for the pocketfold... ooh, you just gave me an idea... been wracking my brain for a way to seal the pocketfolds without using ribbon --- would love to use ribbon but have been hearing horror stories about bumpy things messing up invites as they go through our beloved postal system.  Would rather not have my invites go bump in the night.  Printing onto label paper and making seals that way might be the way to go!

I ended up purchasing 3 different monograms (made sure they were all in the same family of style so it would not look varied too much) from IDoOriginals.com. One is being used solely for the aisle runner. The seals for my invites are similar somewhat to the aisle runner but not much (those I had made seperately), but the menu cards and favor tags are different entirely but again they are all in the family of the same style if that makes sense.

Yeah that makes sense Michelle.  Thank you ladies for sharing this info.  I really like the idea of putting the monogram on the aisle runner.  I thought about doing that, but I'm still not sure if I'm doing an aisle runner.

I'm using my logo/monogram on table tents, yard sign, menus and escort cards.  That's about it.

We're not allowed an aisle runner.  Otherwise I would have seriously considered putting our monogram on it!
