So we had our menu tasting today and I can't wait to eat our delicious food! It was soooo good. I also had 2 glasses of wine so I was super happy about that! So here is our dinner menu:
Passed hors d'oeuvres:
southern style chicken tenders
cocunut shrimp
crab cakes served with aioli sauce
Displays:
Assorted fruits
Antipasta
Soup Course: Lobster bisque
Salad course: field greens with cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms, julienne carrots and assorted dressings
Entrees:
Option 1: Free range chicken over butternut squash and herb polenta. Served with Provencal rosted plum tomatoes, glazed shallots, fanned yellow squash and rosemary infused chicken Jus
Option 2: Creamy roasted pepper risotto served with grilled asparagus and seasonal squash
Option 3: Roasted loin of beef sliced and paired with breast of chicken stuffed with mushroom duxelles and leeks. Served with Madagascar Congac Cream Saurce and Celery root mashed potatoes
Dessert:
4 tier wedding cake with red velvet, carrot, strawberry, and yellow with raspberry mousse
