Hey sistahs..
Can i vent just a min.. so we went to the venue today and everything was going good.. all vendors showed and we were chatting about the day and having the vision come together. so we started talking timing and the reception.. things we do not know right now, like they were asking us about first dance and when we should do it, etc.. We agreed to walk down our grand staircase at our reception site and move into it so we can start the party.. everybody was on one accord. Well my mom wasn't she didn't like that she wanted dinner to be served then we dance, do father daughter dance/mother son, etc..so after we all agreed she said well i rather have this and that, but it's ya'll day. I don't think FI realized what he did but he was like "here we go".. well she instantly got offended, Fi is a jokester he looked at me and laughed, not at her but at the situation, because we were literally done and then she was revisitng it and prolonging it, so i laughed, again not at her. She my bestfriend, it's just sometimes she forgets our age, and who we are, we aren't the traditional couple, etc.. she wants, this and that, but in our eyes, some of the stuff she wants us to do is dated.. Anyways, she ain't answer none of my phone calls from 4-8. maybe she was busy.. but she said she ain't like this and that, and i keep changing things bc what she don't like, i keep trying to keep her involved in our day but i just want her to show us, it will keep us at peace... was we wrong in anyway? i apologized to her but she was dry with me, i told her we value her opinion and we love her.. idk.. I feel bad bc i know her feelings were hurt but i told her not to take it personal bc it's not that serious.. but she did.. IDK..
