I had been trying to call All that Shimmers for 2 weeks before I left a message with my number. I called back like 10 minutes after I left my message and the girl said they'd been trying to call me back but somehow transposed the last 4 digits... So then she asked me for the correct number. I asked if she had the dress I was looking for and she assured me that she had it. It was one of their top selling dresses and they for sure had it. Fast forward to today. I drive from the easthill of Kent all the way to All that Shimmers. I walk in and they tell me that they don't have the dress I came for and for some reason my name is spelled Farrah and they have no number for me. I was so disappointed that I didn't even want to try on dresses. I did anyway, because they said that they were trying to look for the dress in the racks. So finally after I'd been there for a while trying on dresses I hate, I asked for another dress. It took way too long to find that one so I put my clothes back on, already frustrated. I walked up to the front and Karen could see how disappointed I was. She said the dress would be in within the week in a 12. Well I don't wear a 12. I told her thank you so much for helping and I was getting ready to leave. Then she asked if I'd been fitting for a mori lee dress to see what size I would actually wore. I told her no but the size of the other dress that I had tried on before at their store. And i told her the size of another Mori Lee dress that I tried on that zipped up and was too big on me.She got on the phone, called Mori Lee and asked them to rush the dress I want in my size to her store!!!I was so disappointed and so frustrated because my previous experience there was so helpful. She completely made it up to me and promises to call me RIGHT when it arrives. :0) I'm so excited to try it on. So sadly no pics ladies! She said it should be in by Friday 10-9. YAY!!
