We are trying to put together a meet and greet but keep costs low. we were going to do bowling, but the bowling alley is kinda far from our hotel and after a long flight people might not be feeling it.

What if we gave everyone a $5 casino chip, and told them to meet us at the casino inside the hotel?

still could be spendy. How many are you expecting? can you do a cheap spaghetti dinner at your house or if you don't have the room- someones house that is a bit bigger?

our wedding is in vegas so an at home meet and greet isnt an option

oh ok. how many are you expecting? We just got back from vegas with his family. There was an impromptu meeting in our room. we had liquor so we all shared, caught up, then went to the "fremont experience" together which is free. I think if you hand out chips and meet people at the casino there won't be a whole lot of interaction with eachother.

wer are only inviting 63 people and expect maybe half to show. We dont want to tell everyone to meet at a certain time only because we arent sure what time everyone will be coming in

I agree with football. The chips sound nice for the welcome bag but i think for a meet and greet you will lose interaction. Many of the hotels have "Conference" or meeting rooms. Could you order some appetizers and have it there? 

or if only about 30 ppl will show then a local pizza place on the strip and you spring for 4 large pies

im waiting to hear back if a conference room is availiable. We really dont want to rent a space as it wasnt in the budget but im not oppossed to pizza. MY concern with going to a pizza parlor is the gratuity

If you do pizza, you can call ahead and pay for 4 pies and 12 sodas outright. When ppl get there if they order anything the bill would go to them not you.

I'm thinking that shouldnt be more than the $150 you would spend on chips for 30 ppl

I like the pizza idea too... or you can have everyone meet at a buffet and everyone pay for thwir own..yall dont have to pay for it.. u knw... and as far as bowling.. I know the rio have a bowling alley inside their casino.
