Wedding Party Intro....

How are you ladies going to introduce your wedding party at your reception?

Well my FI and I are big basketball fans I'm a Laker fan and he is a Bulls fan (house divided...lol) But any basketball fan know the 97 playoffs when the Chicago Bulls were the first to put music to the starting line up.....So with that said that is what we are doing......for those that don't know what I'm talking about click the link below:

    We kinda did it that way.

    We have music playing in the background, black eyed peas... tonight is gonna be a good night... and the DOC introduced each person.  She was going to do a short bio on them, but I left the info on my work computer... MY BAD!!!!  lol.  But it was still fun.  DOC was the hype man.....

    I want to have each couple (BM and GM) to come in to a song of their choice (up beat tempo) Ex: DOC says and now heres Suzy Q and Billy Bob (music come on "My dougie") or which ever song and they dance to their spot. Then the next couple, and so on and so on.

    This is a cute idea, since they'll pick their own song you know they will really be gettin it!

    For our wedding, the DJ will play "Make It A Night To Remember" by Shalamar.  The wedding party will be introduced when the intro beat is playing.  Then when the lyrics start, FI and I wil come out doing our little routine.  :)

    I LOVE THIS!! My mom (who is a Bulls fan btw) used Ya'll Ready for This which I believe was the Indiana Pacer's intro back in the 90s.

    I am using intro music and all the couples will be introduced onto the floor and will line the dance floor until we finish our first dance.

    We are doing a Hollywood glamour theme so I was thinking about having Lady gaga's "Paparazzi" playing while our BP is posing. I am going to try to have a few "stunt" camera people to be the paparazzi snapping their pics. Then once they are all done FI and I will walk into Jay-Z's "Thank You". Still sort of up in the air about all that though but that's the flavor for this week. lol

    @Cincy2011 Yes and since my team is out I'm all over the Bulls...Derrick Rose is a Beast! So when I mentioned it to my FI he was too happy. So he told me we need to get Rally towels now for the the guest to wave as everyone comes in so I'm on a mission this week to find some towels that I can get customized. He calls me the "internet queen" so I know in about 3 days I will find something....lol
