Both are really nice..But II would say # 2...I think it will go well with your dress style. It was a tough one though :-)

I think # 2 is more appropriate for your dress, however both pairs are nice!

Both are really nice shoes....I like #1 better because its less detailed than your dress. I honestly think the simpler the better when your dress is so detailed.
