bling cake topper

I have ordered a cake topper from crafty eddy. I want to bling out my cake topper, however I have no idea of what to buy! What type of rhinestones? Where to buy them? What type of glue? Tips to glue them on? Thanks for your help!

I made a cake topper too. I used these swarovski crystals [clicky] in ss12 and ss16.  I ordered 2 gross of each so 4 gross total. I ordered GEMTAC and the perfect positioner from them too (gemtac is the glue and the other is just a positioner). The spray paint came from Home Depot.
