Southwest airlnes vacation travel, we used them once for our trip to Vegas, not bad.  Are you trying to book them together?  Then some of the sites you have listed will work just fine.

If you are looking for hotel deals, sign up to be on the hotels email list they send you coupon codes.  Also smartervegas.com, vegas.com,  Lasvegas.com, kayak.com, cheapovegas.com.  Also, "Like" them on FB and they will post coupon codes there too.

What's your price range?  Many of the hotels are having deals right now too.

I found that I spent less on my hotel when I booked directly through their site. A few months ago we got a room at the stratosphere for like $30 bucks and the upgrade was maybe $55. We also stayed at the Hilton ( a little off strip but they have a monorail) and it was like 3 nights for  $140 plus two drinks and some other hotel coupons. Check out the hotels sites just to make sure you are getting the best deal for the best room. The rooms on the other sites are sometimes the basic rooms and you can upgrade to a better room if you book through the hotel...

I would say please be careful when using those 3rd party sites. i say that because a lot of times the tickets and rates are use it or lose it and no changes can be made. I work for the airline and many customers get upset when we refer back to the online travel agency.I found it cheaper to go thru airline and call hotel for rates because you may get additional discounts.
    Just my opinion.
