yes Im doing the 30 day shred. Its a good workout. I'll be on level 2 for about another week... then I have to go to level 3.

i do it 5 days a week. I go 3 days straight 1 day off then two days straight and 1 day off. Plus I've changed my eating habits.... have you ladies tried multigrain cherrios? LOVE IT!!! I just add some raspberries or strawberries... YUM w/o the guilt!

Girl yes, those multigrain cherrios are delish!! I never thought to put the fruit on it.

Go girl!  That is awesome.  You will hit your goal before you know it!  I am a fiend for multi-grain cheerios.  I put blueberries or banana in them and they're soooo good!  Another good one is Kashi Strawbery Fields...so delicious and good for you!

Congrats!  Now, can y'all put me on to the 30 day shred???  Where can I get the DVD(s) cause I have about 30 days to make sure I can breathe in my dress!  It fits..and I mean fits...but I want to make sure I am not standing up all day and night!  LOL  I have changed my eating habits though...Kashi cereal, oatmeal, plain greek yogurt with a little bit of honey and strawberries or banana...delish..no guilt..and satisfied...BTW- I do not eat all of the aforementioned together!

Now, those DVDs???!!!
