How to jazzy up? (PIP)

I cross posted about my Hot Chocolate bar on the budget board. one of the other girls had a grreat idea to just call coffee shops. duh.

So Dunkin Donuts sels boxes o Joe and Boxes of Hot Chocolate which come with cups sweetners etc. Done and Done.

The boxes aren't that cute though

I think I'm going to make everything else on the table brown and ivory to make it blend in.

Am I over thinking this? Do I need to find something to hide the box?

can you glue fake BIG flowers all over the box like hydrangeas? otherwise, i don't think anyone will care (?)

I would talk to the venue or cater and see what they offer. At work they cater breakfast all the time and the coffee and tea come in these silver containers that are hot but not plugged in. And the tea coffee is usually still hot after 2 hrs. If you Google catering coffee containers you should be able to see a pic of what im talking about....I don't like the brown box

You know..sooo many people love DD that it could work in your favor...especially when they see where its from...they're gonna grab it up.. I think making everything else blend with it..works great.. just snazz up the table.

I am agreeing with nursing...if i seen some hot chocolate from dunkin donuts..im like oo they got the good stuff...and would have about 5 cups..lol. team no extra work if not neccessary !

I guess I was more so thinking of having them come out and setting up the table. I'm guessing you would have a table there anyway right? If not where are you setting up the Dunkin Boxes?

I think it would be great if you could actually set up a beautiful table with all the fixings.. But if you just want something simple and sweet( get it hot chocolate..lol)..

Well then I say go for it with the Dunkin Boxes....or check to see if the officiant has a bigger generator they can let you use. As far as dressing the box up I would leave it as it.

Just a thought, I'm doing this from my cell so I don't know how much more time you have left, but if by any chance if your job actually gets those boxes see if you can grabbed them and save them to decorate or see if DD will sell them to you for. Small fee that way you can get them ahead of time to decorate them with flowers like the other knottie said. If you get the right person they might just give it to you. Believe during this planning process I have asks alot of business for some weird requests so I can do a DIY project and I always ended up getting them for free.

#1 I dont like the boxes but IF thats what u are going to do, then dont decorate them.  Just make the table pretty.  Myabe even put boxes under the table cloth so u can have some height under the boxes and then put signs in front saying something cute like
"dunkin before you run"  or "we wed on dunkin"

I'm so late but I won't add any ideas. I'm just going to say how much I just LOVE this Coffee Bar. I'm so with Espresso and Hot Chocolate etc and I love this! Great job.

Yes the tan will blend in. Its all same color palette.
