My dream house is a mix between a plantation style with the beautiful columns in front and a spanish villa on a private beach.

I want at least 5 bedrooms one of them being the master of all mater bedrooms. I want to design each room individually.

My dream house would be one that I (and FI) would build from the ground up & design ourselves. It has to have 3 levels, a bathroom on each level, a master bathroom w/ a walk-in closet, big & beautiful bay windows in the living room & in master bedroom, and a balcony that only I can access from my master bedroom.

Oh yeah...my FI can have his "man cave"......the basement...lol.

I and my FH love a Mediteranean style house.   We love the lines and drama that come with most designs for this type of house.  Neither of us like the traditional cookie cutter house.  

The size is between 3500 - 5500 sq ft.  Four car garage and area for the FH to store his motorcyles.

The rooms that are most important to us is the master bedroom (sitting room, spa like bath, ginormous closet, and fireplace); the basement (his world): the kitchen and laudry areas (my world); and the home office (both our worlds).

Our backyard is an entertainment paradise with a built-in BBQ, outdoor kitchen and dining area, firepit, pool (him, not me - LOL), and serious landscaping. 

I could go on and on but you get the idea.
