Aside from the Drama. I got my first RSVP.

So I decided to fill yall in on the drama first, Now the good news. I mailed my invites out on Tuesday and got my first RSVP YESTERDAY. I opted out on sending formal RSVP cards with stamps. So I just put my number on the Dinner and Dancing card in my pocketfold and I gave the option of going on my wedding website RSVP.  So far I have gotten 5 Rsvps. I am so happy!!

    That's awesome! Congrats!

    And it's probably a good thing you didn't buy the stamps! I got less than 40% of my RSVP cards back. We had to call all. those. people. Grr...

    RSVPing on the wedding website is a good idea, I might just try that. But what about the older family members that aren't computer savy or that don't own a computer?

    A lot of our older guest had their daughters,sons, nieces....etc, rsvp for them on the website. But we did also do a few formal rsvp cards for the ones that we werent sure would have access or know how to.

    PhillyBride I also put my phone number on the RSVP card. I'm a Stay at home mom so I can afford for my phone to ring off the hook. LOL.

    I think I'm going to use the RSVP online as well for my friends and for the older folks just send the real invites.
