One other question, we are having hor deorves but are not sure if we should do dinner (buffet) or reception stations and add a few more appetizers since the reception starts at 8pm. Our ceremony is at 6:30 pm. Also depends on the number of guests, we don't have to confirm out menu choices until a month before the wedding.
