Help!! Looking for a poolside wedding venue

 Im new here, I am looking for a poolside venue in the MD/DC/VA area. Any suggestions???

I have my heart set on a pool but at this point Im open for any type of water!

I don't know of any off hand but I love to help plan (yes I'm a plan-a-holic; if I could find the time to fit the event planning classes into my schedule it wud b on!) so I'll help.  Do you have a budget?

I live in Frederick Md, but I have alot of family in PG and Mo County so Im willing to go as far as DC for a venue and into NoVa.

The broadwater mansion in upper marlboro has a pool. I can't think of anything else in PG county that would be poolside.

I know of a few in the Annapolis area

Take a look at Oxon Hill Manor.  It has great views of the Potomac and is right next to National Harbor.  There's a garden with a pool area.  Below is a link to a photo tour of the venue.

Im in need of much assistance also. Looking for a venue in northern, central/southern NJ.  Most hotels in my area do not allow you to just rent the pool. I need to find a venue that will allow me to have my DIY wedding poolside. I need to pull off my upscale mocktail reception and my ideas will not come together without a pool.
