Bridal shower invitations

I was surprised to learn this morning from my mom that my bridal shower invitations are out! At first I discussed with my MOH on having wedding invites out before shower invites. But I guess she decided against that. Shower is August 18th with a RSVP deadline of August 4th. Wedding is October 12th with a September 12 th RSVP deadline. 

When did your bridal shower invites go out versus your wedding invites mail date?

It depends on the date of the bridal shower.  My girls sent out the invitations last week for the bridal shower which is on July 29th. Our wedding is September 21st. Wedding invites will go out somewhere between next week and the following week. RSVP deadline for the wedding is August 13th.

Yea your right...it just depends. I am noticing I am becoming a little hypersensitive to everything wedding related recently. I need to go sit down somewhere and chill! LOL...

I made mine far apart so the invites for my Memorial day shower went out a month beforehand

Yea Ro...it's not a big deal. I do understand being sensitive about wedding related stuff though...most people go through that...I surely did. That's why we are here. Just remember, no matter what...everything will be okay and work out just fine.

My wedding is Aug 31 and wedding invites went out June 30th with a July 31st RSVP date. I dont really have any OOT guest. Bridal shower is July 21st(two weeks....yay) and the RSVP date was July 11th...Im not really sure when they went out because my SIS/MOH mailed them.

My wedding is August 4th and invitations were mailed out June 1st with RSVP deadline of July 4th. Bridal shower is July 14th with RSVP deadline of July 7th, not sure when the invites went out.
