Candles

I want to line these steps all acrosswith candles. Should I do the religious candles or votives?

I'm scared that if i do the religious candles it will look like a vigil. But I do like that I can melt some down to get different heights. But I don't want the voitves to look too small. What are your opinions?

I think that as long as they don't have Mary or Jesus on them you should be fine. Have you thought about getting they cylinder vases and putting different size candles in them?

Yea I thought about that, but that would be more expensive buying the candle and the jar! and no, they will def be clear with no pic on them!!
