I feel like im getting to know all of yall so I feel I can open up a lil. Ha. So I suggested to FI that 2 MONTHS before the wedding we should Stop having sex. He laughed and said yea whatever. I told him it will nake the wedding night much more exciting. Heres the kicker, I told my BM they should try it as well.. Of course they laughed and said No way... Anyone did this?? Dont Judge Me yall..

I asked for 1 month before the wedding.  The Dude laughed too but said he would roll if I really thought I could resist him that long.  LOL!

hubbie and I were a "waiting couple"  we had sex a handful of times during our first year of dating and went another totally without sex at all.....  I was very happy to be married.

I told FI the same thing he laughed at me too! I can't really blame him either lol. All seriousness aside I would like to try at least a month prior withiut it.

From the time I got on this board I was encouraged and inspired by all of the ladies that decided to wait for some time before the wedding. Brought it up to FI, he finally gave in for the one month deal. So we are waiting right now but almost wish it could have been longer but I will take what I can get.

I thew it out there about 2 months before we got married. He said "yeah right." That was the end of it lol. I'm glad im married too. no more fornicating lol.

No judgement at all sissy, I thought about telling my FI to wait too..but I know that ain't gonna fly.....But sometimes I do feel guilty because I'm trying to live right. Nobody's perfect and I'm still a work in progress...

I asked for 3 months but my bday is 2 months before the wedding and I gotta get some bday sex ! Lol so he agreed to exaclty 30 days. But it wasnt easy getting him to agree.. i had to really sell him on the anticipation and how it will seem new . Like other FI..he said ima be cool its gon be you who cant resist all this chocalate ! Lol

lol i had this convo as well...yea...prolly not gonna happen lmbo. He is away most of the year. He's been gone since July & won't be back until end or January or 1st week in February & the wedding is Feb 23rd. I will only see him probably 2-3 times from now until he gets home. Plus my b-day is 2 weeks before the wedding & Valentine's is the week before. I do want to try but i'm the forecast looks very cloudy lol.

We started at 100 days. I have 56 left to go. It had nothing to do with wedding night escapade for me. I tried even longer, but that didn't work. For me I have been convicted like Jesus is sitting on my nightstand, so its just difficult for me to block that out....but I'm not everybody. If it doesn't have any religious or spiritual implications, then I would say yea 2 months is cool
