Our guest list invite list is at a final number of 249 invited {including plus ones}

How many people do you think will come? I need to feel good about this lol

With 40 out of town I would expect 200. Our list is at 210 and I'm expecting 180-190. I actually highlighted posible no shows. People who sounded unsure when I asked them if they wanted to come. Or people who I know work weekends and rarely get them off, Or people who have too many kids and rarely have babysitters. You should do the same. Not saying take them off the list but kind of put a mark by them so you can get a better idea of who you know will show or not.

my guest list is smaller than yours, but i am exprcting 80 or so (guest list is 100)

We are at 185 and I am praying for about 150 to 160 lol. No more than that please lord.

This is exactly what I did. Highlight people I don't think are coming but still invite them. I think you'll be at 215 or less. Good luck!

I think you will hit your mark. We invited 215 originally and ended up with about 175...we are now allowing a few extra people to add guests since we budgeted for 200. I just KNEW that EVERYONE was going to come...not the case for lots of valid reasons so you will probably be fine.
