Knottie Rant/Vent....(Kind of long)

Ugh... Why must people be rude when posting.  On my local board there's a young lady I have found that is very rude on posts.  She has no decorum in responding to certain topics. And dont let a vendor come on. She's the first to chew their head off. Mind you she's not the moderator.  There was a post written in the beginning of January regarding my venue and the moderator gave it a bad review. I was nervous and concerned so I called my venue and asked about what occurred.  I read her experience and listened to the vendor and figured it out between the two. (Someone had entitlement issues IMO.)

So someone two days ago put a post up asking about reviews for the venue.  Another Knottie posted the long bad review. The OP of the review made a comment and I gave my two cents. Turns out the girl had booked the venue because she really loved it.  Out the blue hear comes KNOTZILLA "Budget friendly and good food does not make up for crappy service. I was thinking about them for my Bridal Shower but after Lynette's review it was a big fat NO!"
 
Mind you I asked for references on my venue and have had nothing but great reviews from past brides.  IMO if everyone listened to one bad review of a business I think no one would have business.

This chick is really getting to me and Im trying to keep Knottie decorum but I really just want to tell her off.  I left a comment to her comment and ended with thank you and SIT DOWN causeI really wanted to say more.

I have really slowed on posting on that board since I noticed the clicks that developed on there and Im happy to have ya'll here to talk, vent, and rant with.

I rarely go on my local board, but it's because they are boring. lol. I go to recruit AA members! HA!

Don't even get me started on the drama that happened on my month board (Oct 2011) a couple weeks ago. Several people made posts about how they were leaving the board and possibly TK for good.

This is why I don't deal with my local board. They are catty, clickish (sp) and just evil. If i want any advice I just come here.

I dont mess with my local board, it's actually boring too or never visited often. I did try to get it going last yr, but wasn't successful. Dont even think I have even seen a mod on there. I lurk mostly on the Vegas board put my 2cents in here and there.
This board is by far the most FABULOUS one of all!!

@Ty.... It really took a lot to not say what Ive wanted to say for a while to her.  My pressure started going up.  But I wont say anything, hopefully for now.  I just know me... I was considering writing a post to all of them about their behavior and being out.  But knowing the MOD's they'll probably delete the post. Ive seen that happen before for certain posts.

this is my fave board cause we dont get down like that over here. we are very mature ladies round these parts...

ugh I can't stand that mess either, I had to hold my ground on the DIY board and the Etiquitte board and them broads didn't like that too much. Some of theese "ladies" I will use that term loosley, are just flat out rude and insensitive, catty, and bitter. I don't get it, I don't know why they do what they d and then flip out when the get called out on it.

Ugh...don't get me started on certain people on the July board or the etiquette board.  Good gracious, some of those girls feel like they know everything and they seriously feel like it's their job to tell people "what's right and what's wrong".  Umm, I personally don't come on here to be told what's right or wrong.  I come here for support, to vent, for ideas, feedback, and just plain old friendship.  What gets me is that they cross the delicate line of being honest and being mean and they have no clue how to give honest feedback without being a bitch.  The only other board that I'll post on is my local board since it's really picked up and lots of people are pretty supportive there, but anywhere else, I don't even bother.

you know I find myself wanting to argue with them but then I remember I like this board a lot more so I just click off of the different boards and head over here where people give honest opinions, support each other and are drama free... just wish I lived in a city where all the GTG happens on this board.

I find myself wanting to argue with them as well and some of the things they say really boil my blood. I have said time and time again how rude and disrespectful the military brides board is. They are like a witch's coven!! The few times I posted on there they bit my head off and when I'm in lurking mode I see some down right harsh comments. I now stick with you guys and my month board...YOU LADIES ARE THE BEST!!!
